On a recent interview with Ideamensch, Tammy Mazzocco, a realtor, talks about her journey in the real estate industry. According to Tammy, real estate in a way found her. She says that she was introduced to the industry by a co-worker who was a real estate broker. In 1995, Tammy Mazzocco managed to acquire a license to work as a realtor. According to her, real estate is her passion and it encompasses her whole career. It was in 1999 when Tammy became serious on real estate and decided to go full-time on the venture. She says that dedication and hard work have contributed a lot to her success in the industry and that she has also had a number of incredible mentors.
Tammy Mazzocco says that having a mentor in the real estate market is a valuable commodity and having that is more worth than money. The estate career of Tammy Mazzocco started when she went to work with The Edwards Realty Company where she served as a secretary. In this position, she worked under the dynamic leadership of Mike Zelnik and other 9 commercial agents. Tammy went on to work a Scotland Yard Condominiums where she specialized in condominium management. After leaving this position, she went to serve at T&R Properties where she was the Multi-site Property Manager for an office warehouse complex and 2 apartment complexes.
In 1998, Tammy Mazzocco went on to serve as a personal assistant for Joe Armeni, a top RE/MAX producer at the Victorian Village, Columbus. This position exposed her to many opportunities in the real estate industry and she was also able to learn many key skills required in the industry. In 2000, Tammy Mazzocco went to work at the Judy Gang & Associates in Pickerington, Ohio. Currently, she sells residential real estate in different places such as Licking, Franklin, Fairfield counties and Delaware.
